High-purity Metals

We handle high-purity elemental metals and alloy materials with purity of 99.9% or higher. Leveraging our manufacturing technology for high-purity sputtering targets, we can also produce high-purity, high-strength alloys. We can also provide various forms to meet customer needs, ranging from submicron-sized powders to gas-atomized powders and ingots.

We also manufacture alloys containing alkali metals, alkaline-earth metals, and other elements using high-purity raw materials. Please contact us for more information.

High-Purity Elemental Metals

Arsenic and Phosphorus

We manufacture and supply high-purity arsenic and phosphorus as ion sources for ion implantation. Our products have been adopted by numerous manufacturers.

High-purity phosphorus

Magnesium chips, sticks, etc.

Magnesium chips, sticks, and other forms are used for efficient dopant addition in ion implantation. Various sizes are available.

Metal Shots

Please contact us for processing various metals into shot form.

Various alloys

In addition to common alloys such as Ni-Cr, we also manufacture reactive alloys with alkali metals and alkaline-earth metals as main components.

We offer a wide range of services, including handling difficult-to-process intermetallic compounds and pulverizing various alloys into fine powders.

Atomized Powders

Atomization is a method of producing powder by spraying molten metal with water or gas and rapidly cooling and solidifying it. A characteristic of this method is that nearly spherical particles can be obtained without mechanical grinding. Another characteristic is that the process minimizes contamination by impurities. We also offer custom-sized atomized powder production.

Characteristics

  • Gas atomization is a method in which metal melted by high-frequency induction heating is sprayed with high-pressure inert gas to produce powder.
  • Metals and alloys with melting points up to 1500°C can be pulverized.
  • It is possible to pulverize 10 kg of metal (iron equivalent).

Characteristics

  • Melting the metal in a vacuum using electromagnetic induction heating suppresses oxidation.
  • The stirring effect of the molten metal caused by induction heating enables the production of powders with a uniform composition.
  • Atomization and powderization are performed using inert gas, making it possible to process even reactive materials.
