Inorganic compounds refer to compounds other than organic compounds. We handle compounds of many elements in the periodic table, excluding gases and radioactive elements. We can synthesize various compounds including nitrides, hydrides, phosphides, sulfides, selenides, tellurides, salts, and halides. Even pyrophoric materials can be handled safely in reaction equipment under an inert atmosphere. We can also provide fine particles through our milling technology.
We handle not only common nitrides such as iron nitride and manganese nitride, but also nitrides of alkali metals, alkaline-earth metals, and rare earth metals that are difficult to handle due to hydrolysis by atmospheric moisture.
Nitrides of alkali metals and alkaline-earth metals are extremely sensitive to oxygen and moisture in the atmosphere. We ensure purity by performing all processes including synthesis, grinding, and filling of these materials under an inert gas atmosphere (in a glove box).

Various oxynitrides
This is a d⁰ structure-based oxynitride material that is being actively researched as a catalyst for artificial photosynthesis. We can accommodate various compositions for testing and research purposes.
Phosphides are binary compounds consisting of phosphorus and elements more electropositive than phosphorus. Phosphorus-based materials essential for semiconductor manufacturing are required to be of high quality and high purity. Through well-controlled processes, we supply products with controlled valence, which are used in a wide range of applications including semiconductors and magnetic materials.
Sulphides are materials widely used in the fields of solar cells, secondary batteries, and phosphor materials.
In addition to high-purity various metalloid sulphides produced by our proprietary methods, we also handle the development and manufacturing of complex sulphides and products doped with trace elements.
We have been handling selenides and tellurides for many years. We commercialize products such as Bi-Te-based alloys—which have recently garnered attention as thermoelectric materials—and have a proven track record in delivering customized products tailored to specific requirements, including trace element doping, compositional ratios, and shapes.
Thermoelectric conversion materials are materials that generate electricity from heat (specifically, a temperature difference). When two different types of conductive materials are joined and a temperature difference is created across them, an electromotive force is generated. To maximize this electromotive force, devices are manufactured by combining n-type and p-type semiconductors.
Thermoelectric power generation utilizing these materials produces no CO2 emissions and is attracting attention as a source of autonomous power. We supply a variety of thermoelectric materials used for n-type and p-type semiconductors.

Anhydrous Halides
Our halides have a wide lineup covering the periodic table.
In recent years, research on perovskite solar cells using high-quality iodides has become active.
We are available to consult on high purification, tablet formation, solution preparation, and more.
