We have material synthesis technologies mainly focused on inorganic materials and metalorganic compounds and, in addition, pulverization technologies for controlling forms of the materials and distillation technologies for increasing the purity. We will combine these technologies to produce optimally-customized materials.
Production of Alloys
We have been producing high quality alloys containing only a very small amount of impurities by using five melting technologies including air melting, inert gas melting, vacuum melting, arc melting and plasma melting. We can deal with multi-component alloys such as ternary and quaternary ones.
We have been fabricating ceramics by various sintering methods including air sintering, hot-pressed (HP) sintering, pressure sintering, spark plasma sintering (SPS) and hot isostatic pressing (HIP) sintering. We will make suggestions about an optimum sintering method and products, in combination with our considerable number of technologies of material synthesis, pulverization and granulation.
Mechanical Processing of Metals and Ceramics
We can provide various kinds of mechanical processing of metals and ceramics. Processing into a bar or wire shape or the like and production of atomized powders are also possible.
